Shipping charges are additional for all shipped orders and are calculated according to the item, package size, destination, insurance requirements, and carrier.

Basic artwork preparation may be included with qualifying engraving projects. Complex artwork creation, extensive cleanup, custom illustration, vector conversion, or specialized 3D relief preparation may require an additional design fee. Any additional artwork charge will be discussed before work begins.

Every machine will vary in power, however the settings provided in these packs will work. Some adjustments may need to be made due to difference in the machines. Once settings are purchased, I will be available to assist you with minor adjustments that may be needed to setting speed, power or passes.
